Johannes Matssonis a 3D designer from Sweden,  Amsterdam based. He creates great works by Cinema 4D and After Effects.  Yes, this movie is one of his 3D renderings.  Wow, what an amazing work it is.

You can watch 2K high resolution version at vimeo, can't enjoy the loop playing magic, though.
